Every once and a while we like to highlight a hardworking team member here at Bruno’s Restaurant & Tavern. This week we would like to highlight Mindy Littlefield, who has been working as a bartender at Bruno’s for over 4 years!
When asked about what she likes most about working at Bruno’s, Mindy replied, “The culture of feeling like part of the Napolitano family; here at Bruno’s you get to work and communicate directly with the owner.” Mindy also explains her favorite dish as being Steak Pizzaiola.
Outside of working at Bruno’s, Mindy is very active. Last year she even ran the New York City Marathon! Mindy also competes in a lot of local races, including the Beach to Beacon and the Peak’s Island 5 Miler.
