Jim King has been a part of the Bruno’s team for over two decades! You may have seen him in front of the house as a waiter at the restaurant, but did you know that he’s also the man behind some of our desserts? If you’ve ever tried our cheesecake, you can most likely thank Jim, as it’s his specialty.
When Jim’s not fly fishing or bass fishing in the North Windham area, much of his pleasure comes from the gratitude of our customers, whether regulars or new-comers. His goal within the restaurant is to make customers “feel like they belong.” This parallels Bruno’s mission of presenting a “family-like” atmosphere for everyone.
