From Classics to New Favorites
Eggplant Parmigiana
A vegetarian spin on the classic chicken parmigiana dish, this is one of our most requested vegetarian menu items. You’ll enjoy slices of freshly cooked eggplant layered with three cheeses and tomato sauce, served with rigatoni pasta. Get a taste of Italy without the meat that is so commonly added, with this parmigiana dish that can easily rival its chicken based counterpart.
Stir Fry
Another veggie option is our ever-popular stir fry. Just order without the optional grilled chicken add-on. This dish can also be prepared gluten free upon request! You will be served mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, onions, and peppers all grilled harmoniously with mouthwatering soy sauce. Served over rice pilaf, this menu item is a mainstay with many of our meat-free regular customers.
Ravioli Verde
Looking for more of a pasta-centric dinner? Ravioli verde is a solid choice. Spinach pasta with ricotta cheese is the star of this show. Served with your choice of sage butter or tomato cream sauce.
