From time to time we’re going to highlight a valuable member of our team here at Bruno’s Restaurant & Tavern. This week we are pleased to profile Samuel (Sam) Spinzola.
Sam has been hard at work making your favorite dishes here at Bruno’s Restaurant & Tavern kitchen for 15 years! Sam told us that he values feeling like he is, “part of the family inside and outside of the kitchen” and also likes being recognized for his hard work and skills as a sauté cook.
When Sam is not working at Bruno’s he enjoys playing guitar and basketball as well as going disc golfing with friends. His favorite dishes here at Bruno’s are the Pork Osso Bucco and Veal Saltimbuca.
We want to thank Sam for all his hard work over the years and look forward to have him as part of our team for many more!
