During the holiday season we’re all on the go a lot. Whether it’s school concerts, work get-togethers, or doing a marathon day of shopping, it’s nice to come home and know you have an easy, delicious meal option right in your fridge that the whole family will enjoy. We’re a family-owned restaurant, and with our kids, grandkids, and cousins running around we know how hectic the holidays can be. Our eggplant parm can’t be beat and it’s now available at local Hannafords as well as several other shops around the area, including Micucci’s. You can also find our cheese lasagna at many of these same locations, including Hannaford.
When you bring home a ready-made eggplant parm or cheese lasagna from Bruno’s Pasta Company, you can count on a quick but delicious meal. Take it out of the fridge, pop it in the oven, and the dish is done. It’s a lot less work than what your mother or grandmother had to do to achieve the homestyle Italian cooked taste!
Ravioli from Bruno’s Pasta Company is another easy-to-prepare, locally-made dish the whole family will love. It’s available to purchase at retail locations throughout southern Maine, including at several local Hannafords. Go with the cheese ravioli for a classic, or try the butternut squash variety for a more creative twist on dinner. If you have picky eaters, the butternut squash variety can be a good way to sneak some veggies into dinner, too.
Perfect for Holiday Season
During the holiday season, one of the best parts about ravioli from Bruno’s Pasta Company is the convenience. Preparing the ravioli takes less than a half hour. Boil the water, cook the pasta for a few minutes and the main part of your meal is done. Then, just add your sauce.
Looking for a simple way to jazz up the ravioli? Danny Napolitano recommends topping the butternut squash with a brown butter and sage sauce that comes together quickly on the stovetop.
